PROVIDE SECURE OVERHEAD MOBILITY WITH THE STRUT TROLLEY SYSTEM!
The Strut Channel Trolley System provides a better approach to overhead movement. The Strut Trolley System consists of Strut Channel Track, Strut Channel Track Hangers and Strut Channel Trolleys.
A strut channel trolley, also known simply as a trolley or beam trolley, is a device used in material handling and industrial applications. It is designed to move along a horizontal beam or strut channel, allowing for the transportation of heavy loads.
The trolley typically consists of a frame with wheels or rollers that can smoothly travel along the length of the beam or channel. It often has attachments or hooks to support or carry various types of loads, such as hoists, lifting equipment, or machinery.
These trolleys are commonly used in warehouses, factories, construction sites, and other industrial settings where heavy items need to be moved horizontally along elevated tracks. They provide a flexible and efficient solution for transporting goods and equipment within a workspace.
Our trolleys can handle load capacities ranging from 10 to 600+ pounds and consist of three basic components: trolleys, tracks (solid or slotted 1-5/8” channel),and supports. All strut rollers are compatible with P1000, P1001, P5000, P5001, P5500, P5501, Superstrut, and all 1-5/8” or taller strut.
